Washington, Mar 24: US Vice President Joe Biden set the internet buzzing with his verbal slip during the signing of health care bill on Tuesday, Mar 23.
"This is a big f------ deal," Biden told President Barack Obama after introducing him at Tuesday's, Mar 22, ceremony at the White House.
Though the word was apparently meant for the President's ears alone, the remark was captured on audio and video.
The remark quickly made it to the internet.
Meanwhile, the White House, accustomed to Biden's occasional verbal slips, remained unperturbed and response to it in a casual manner.
"And yes Mr. Vice President, you're right," White House press secretary Robert Gibbs tweeted on Twitter, a social networking site.
This is not the first time when the Biden has used the F-word in a formal event. He used a similar expression at an event with Amtrak to promote the stimulus plan.
"Oh give me a f---ing break," Biden said in March 2009 to a former Senate colleague on a live mic.
