No Premier League title let-up for Man U, assures Ferguson

By Super Admin

London, Mar 22 (ANI): Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has said that there will be no title let-up as his club moved four points clear of Chelsea at the top of the Premier League points tally.

Ji Sung Park's header gave United a 2-1 win against Liverpool while the Blues were held 1-1 at Blackburn on Sunday.

"We're at the stage of the season where winning is the name of the game. We have been very consistent in the last few months. I don't think anyone's getting away. We are all knocking on the door.

"But I think that with Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand looking fresh, after being out for most of the season, it gives us a great opportunity," The Sun quoted Ferguson, as saying.

In the closest title race for years, Arsenal sit between United and Chelsea, two points off the top. Defeat for Liverpool was a big blow in their quest to make the top four.

Ferguson added: "For periods of the game we played very well, other periods we had to dig in and concentrate. It's always difficult to fall behind and win. It's a great quality which Manchester United have.

"I was disappointed with their goal. Torres was unmarked and we didn't defend it very well. But my players recovered from it and that's the important thing." (ANI)
