Mumbai, Mar 8: The final arguments of 26/11 trial, which will summarise the case will begin from Tuesday, Mar 9.
The arguments, prior to the final judgement of the case, is likely to continue for several days.
"The phase of arguments, meaning summing up the entire case or the assessment of the evidence, marks the step prior to the final judgement in a criminal trial," explained noted criminal lawyer J.P. Mishra.
"The prosecution will justify how the charges against the accused are proved and the defence lawyers will counter it," said Mishra.

The accused were arrested in connection with the terror attacks in Mumbai on Nov 2008.
Kasab was the sole surviving terrorist among the ten attackers who had come into Mumbai from the sea.
