Bihar: Maoists kill two villagers
Munger, Mar 2: Maoists have killed two villagers at Goghaldiha village in Kharagpur police station of Munger district in Bihar.
Speaking to reporters, SP Ashish Chandra said, "An armed Maoist squad raided the village last night and dragged Kailash Pundit and Ramsunder Mandal from their houses."
Chandra further said, "The Maoists took them to a secluded place and slit their throats after holding a Kangaroo court."
He said that the two villagers were working as police informers.
"The police have launched a search operation to nab the Maoist rebels," Chandra added.
