A-Rod splits with "too clingy" girlfriend

New York, Mar 01 (ANI): American baseball player Alex Rodriguez has decided to end his relationship with Miami blonde Elaine Spottswood, as she was apparently getting "too clingy".

Seemingly, the Yankee slugger had split with actress Kate Hudson for the same reason in the past.

"Alex and Elaine would see each other every day at the gym," the New York Post quoted a source as saying.

The insider added: "But he was overheard telling friends that Elaine was getting too clingy, so he had to end it with her."

Also, sources say he was seen partying with several girls at a pool and a bar in a bungalow at W South Beach during the weekend before he headed to spring training camp in Tampa. (ANI)
