Swat, Feb 23: After the news of Pakistan-based militant group Taliban beheading two Sikh men shocked the world, yet another incident of crime against the Sikh community has emerged here.
As per reports, the Taliban has abducted another Sikh from Swat Valley and is demanding a ransom of 150 crore for his safe return.
The militants reportedly kidnapped the man three days ago and more members of the minority community are believed to be in the custody of the Taliban.
While community in the country is demanding better safety of the minorities, Sikhs in neighbouring India have launched protests against the incident of the two men being beheaded.
Both Pakistan and India have condemned the killings.
India is expected to take up the issue in the Foreign Secretary level meeting with Pakistan scheduled to take place on Feb 25.
