According to Vishnu Bagri, Co-Founder Accretive, "We at Accretive are very proud to be associated with TPA. The TPA network of experienced professionals in more than 30 jurisdictions makes us part of one of the best knowledge eco-systems on this very important subject for global businesses. We would now leverage the global best practices for the benefit of our clients.

We are also evaluating a Centre of Excellence in Bangalore for Transfer Pricing wherein we will not only work on providing global benchmark solutions but also build competencies for complex economic adjustments involved in comparability studies. A comprehensive global solution from India is now made possible."

Speaking about the alliance Steef Huibregtse, Founding Member, TPA says. "TP controversies and price setting issues are probably the most important tax issue for global managers. India has been on the forefront with the high tax demands slapped on companies with cross-border related party transactions. This relationship is a great opportunity for both firms to expand services to the business communities in India.

We also believe Accretive is a great knowledge partner to have in our network. Indian Courts are delivering the highest number of rulings on the subject and an understanding of the emerging principles in the world's fastest growing economy is critical to us as a global player too." (ANI)
