Noida, Feb 16: A landlord, who asked his tenant to vacate his house, must have never thought that he would be paying for this decision with his son's life as the tenant decided to take out his anger by killing the landlord's 11-year-old son and mutilating his body before leaving it in Bihar's Chapra district.

The police on Monday, Feb 15, said that the murder Rohan Jha, who brutally murdered and cut the victim's body into pieces, has been arrested.

Superintendent of Police (City) AK Tripathi, Jha informed that Jha, who was a tenant at Sukant Baipani's house in Sadarpur area under Sector-39 police station area, had some dispute with the landloard over payment issues and he was asked to vacate the house.

He even found a house for himself in Salarpur area after which he plotted a revenge against Bipani with a friend, identified as Madhav Mishra.

On Feb 1, both of them went to Bipani's house and abducted his son 11-year-old Rahul. They took him to Jha's house in Salarpur, where they strangulated him with a rope.

"When he died, they cut his body into several pieces,' Tripathi said.

They later boarded the Vaishali Express at New Delhi Railway Station carrying the pieces of the boy in a bag. On reaching Chapra they left the bag there.

When the police were informed about the foul smell coming from an abandoned bag they opened it to find the mutilated dead body of the boy along with a Vysya bank (Noida branch) pass book, which led them to Mishra.

After a police case was registered, a forensic team was sent to Jha's house on Sunday, Feb 14, where blood stains were found. The police arrested Jha, while Mishra is absconding.
