Lahore, Feb.12 (ANI) : Pakistan cricket team manager Abdul Raquib, who accompanied the team to New Zealand and Australia, has objected to former manager Yawar Saeed's inclusion in the six-member inquiry committee probing the team's disastrous tour Down Under.
According to sources, Raquib has informed PCB's Chief Operation Officer (COO) Wasim Bari about his reservations over the issue.
"Raquib has told Bari that it is unfair to have Saeed on the committee, as he was openly accused by former captain Younus Khan and some other players of encouraging groupings within the team last year," The Daily Times quoted sources, as saying.
The PCB has summoned Raquib for the committee's hearing on Friday (today) and Saturday. (ANI)
