Two held for raping German in Himachal
Dharamsala, Jan 17, Two Tibetans were arrested for allegedly raping a 46-year-old German national in Himachal Pradesh, police said Sunday, Jan 17.

The woman was allegedly raped by the two men last month and a FIR was filed with police Friday, Jan 16.

ASP Omapati Jamwal said, "Two Tibetan youths in the age group of 22-23 were arrested from Dharamsala on charges of raping a German woman for two successive days during her stay at Bagsunag near McLeodganj."

"The victim was in India for the past 10 months on a tourist visa," he was quoted by news agency as saying.

According to her complaint, the victim alleged that one youth allegedly took her to an isolated room Dec 27 where he and his friend sexually assaulted her for two days.
