Melbourne, January 05 (ANI): Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is back to his glamorous ways, as he recovers from injuries caused after the Milan attack.
The leader invited glamorous young Italian MP Michaela Biancofiore to his villa at Arcore outside Milan, to celebrate her 39th birthday.
A blonde Biancofiore cut a cake with a cartoon on it depicting her with out-sized breasts and a low-cut blouse and the prime minister with his arms around her, sticking his middle finger up in the air.
The image referred to a rally Berlusconi attended with the MP in Bolzano, northern Italy, in 2005, during which he had raised his finger suggesting defiance to his political rivals.
"When he saw the cake, he laughed a lot, but it stretched the stitches on his face and that made him recall the attack," the Telegraph quoted Biancofiore as telling the newspaper Corriere della Sera.
However, she added she was afraid that the meeting would lead to "gossip and slander."
Biancofiore clarified that she was not alone with the politician.
A man with history of mental illness had hit Berlusconi on his face with a souvenir of Milan's Gothic cathedral last month. (ANI)
