Obama effigy found hanging in Georgia: Report
Miami, Jan 4: In what seem as the most vocal form of resentment against President Obama, an effigy of the United States President was reportedly discovered hanging in Georgia on Sunday, Jan 3.
Referring to WALB-TV footage, Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper reported that the large black doll was found hanging from a building by a noose in front of a red, white and blue sign.
"Plains, Georgia. Home of Jimmy Carter, our 39th President," the sign said.
The TV News report also showed an eyewitness who informed that the effigy, possibly found on Saturday, Jan 2, bore Obama's name on it.
Confirming the incident, the Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan said that the case was being investigated by the agency.
