Coach to decide on Bolt's CWG participation

New Delhi, Dec 30:Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt has has left the decision to participate in the Common Wealth Games to his coach.

“My coach Glen Mills will make this decision next summer depending on how my training and racing is going," Bolt said.

Briefing on his future plan Bolt said that he was not so keen on undertaking more international assignments in 2010, adding that he wants to perform his best in the IAAF Diamond League.

“In 2010, I will target the IAAF Diamond League, in 2011 the main target will be the IAAF World T&F Championships in Korea," the world and Olympic champion said.

Bolt said that he does not set any target for himself as winning the case was all that matters to him.

“It gives me a lot of motivation to be the world"s fastest man. I don"t really chase times but mainly try to win races." he said.

Bolt has been requested to participate by CWG Organising Committee Chairman Suresh Kalmadi.
