New Delhi, Dec 29 (ANI): At the Delhi and Districts Cricket Association (DDCA) committee meeting held here on Tuesday to discuss Sunday's one-day international fiasco, former cricketer Kirti Azad claimed that he was allegedly attacked for asking questions related to the issue.
Azad, who is also a member of the DDCA, said, "People were manhandled and I was allegedly attacked inside the meeting."
"People have a full right to raise questions related to Sunday's fiasco," he added.
Azad further said members of the DDCA are not professional and are divided into two proxy groups.
Commenting about the DDCA members, Azad said they have no knowledge about cricket.
On Sunday, the fifth One-Day International (ODI) between India and Sri Lanka was called off at the Ferozshah Kotla Stadium in Delhi due to the poor pitch conditions. (ANI)
