Delhi sex workers to protest against exploitation
New Delhi, Dec 29: The sex workers of Delhi have decided to raise their voices against the exploitation by 'goons' in the new year.
In Jan 2010, the sex workers of the country's largest red light area GB Road will be taking to streets demanding better security and other welfare measures.
On top of their agenda is protesting against the exploitation by 'goons' operating in the area as they are concerned about the increasing drug trade and looting of their clients by the criminal elements.
During their demonstrations, they will also be pressing for legalisation of the trade and better health services.
