22-year-old Ikramul Khan expressed his desire to meet Bacchan after he palyed the role of a 13-year-old suffering from progeria in his latest movie 'Paa'.
"My brother Ikramul died without fulfilling his last wish of meeting Amitabh Bachchan," Khan"s brother Ali Hussain who is also suffering from progeria said in a news agency report.
Hussain said that meeting Big B who had created an awareness on the disease was their last wish.
"How can we approach Amitabh Bachchan, who is such a big star, to request him to share a few moments with my sons," said Khan"s mother Razia Khatoon.
Khatoons five out of eight children have suffered progeria of which her three elder daughters - Guriya, Rehana and Rubina has died of progeria at the age of 17, 24 and 13.
"We were living together and sharing with each other. Now I will have to live without him. I will miss my friend-cum-brother," said the teary-eyed Hussain.
Progeria is a disease that affects children and speeds up ageing process.
