He also said that although no advisory has been issued as yet, he wished Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat clarifies whether such an advisory to Russians to stay indoors after 10 in the night needs to be issued or they are free to move.
"No circulars were issued, no. Basing on the statements by the Chief Minister of Goa, who said that what the girl was doing at two'o clock in the morning etc., our Consul General in Mumbai asked that should we give instructions to our people not to walkout after 10'o clock. So it was not that any instructions were issued. But we just were wondering after such statements that, well, should our people not walk at night there," added Kadakin.
