London, Dec 21(ANI): Several Manchester United players, including striker Wayne Rooney, visited teammate Rio Ferdinand's restaurant in London to get over their 3-0 defeat against Fulham at Craven Cottage on Saturday.
Rooney, Gary Neville, Darren Fletcher and Johnny Evans were among the aces at 31-year-old's restaurant Rosso.
"Despite the disappointment of losing a game at the weekend, the boys had a great time. At one point a bunch of the players even got on chairs to sing their favourite terrace songs," The Daily Star quoted one guest, as saying.
Goals from Danny Murphy, Bobby Zamora and Damien Duff condemned injury-hit United to their fifth league loss of the season, which left them three points behind Premier League leaders Chelsea.
Manager Sir Alex Ferguson fielded a makeshift defence featuring midfielders Michael Carrick and Darren Fletcher, as well as youngster Ritchie de Laet. (ANI)
