TDP MPs protest Telangana in Lok Sabha
New Delhi, Dec 15: Telangana again disrupted Lok Sabha when Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MPs launched a campaign protesting the division of Andhra Pradesh.
In the absence of their floor leader Nama Nageswara Rao, TDP leaders shouted slogans against Telangana and paraded with placards demanding a unified Andhra Pradesh.
As the Speaker Meira Kumar took up the Question Hour, the protesting group trooped into the Well and continued their ruckus despite the Chair's repeated pleas to take their seats.
When the speaker promised to give the TDP members time to raise the issue during the Zero hour, the members resumed their seats.
