New Delhi, Dec 15: Congress MPs from Telangana region on Tuesday, Dec 15, sought action against YS Jaganmohan Reddy for 'colluding' in Lok Sabha with Telgu Desham Party (TDP) MPs.
A delegation of the MPs led by Madhu Goud Yaskhi and M Jagannath made the demand to Defence Minister AK Antony, who is also chairman of the Congress disciplinary committee.
Yaskhi said, "Jaganmohan violated the party discipline, even colluding with the TDP MPs, who are led by opportunist leader Chandrababu Naidu. We demanded action against Jagan."
"The house witnessed a drama orchestrated by Jaganmohan," Yaskhi was quoted by news agency as saying.
Jaganmohan Reddy was also seen shaking hands with TDP members.
Yaskhi alleged that Jaganmohan was using the Telangana issue to bring down the Congress Government in Andhra Pradesh.
"He (Jagan) is not happy with the party high command for not making him the chief minister (of Andhra Pradesh) after YSR's death," Yaskhi alleged.
