London, Dec 14(ANI): Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez's rented gadget-packed mansion in Prestbury, England has been named one of the best properties in the country.
Tevez's 12,000 pounds-a-month five-bedroom mansion was the first runner up in the What House? 2009 Awards 'Best Luxury Home' category for its hi-tech features and eco-friendly design.
The mansion reportedly has a swimming pool with underwater sound system, textured wall panels inspired by Armani and a cinema room. While, a 60-tube solar heating system provides 75 percent of the hot water in the house.
"The players always try to outdo each other - but the ultimate is to have the best house. Despite being a huge mansion, it is very environmentally-friendly," The Sun quoted a Manchester City source, as saying. (ANI)
