New Delhi, Oct 24: Liquor baron and the head of the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI), Vijay Mallya has reportedly been elected in the FIA World Motor Sport Council.
Out of the 41 candidates in the running, the Force India chairman was given one spot out of the fourteen on the prestigious council. The decision was taken in a poll held in Paris on Friday, Oct 23.
Mally gets a four-year-term on the panel.
