Man U equals Ajax Champions League away record

London, Oct.22 (ANI): Manchester United equalled the Champions League away record - and put one foot in the last 16.

Antonio Valencia's late winner clinched a 14th Euro away trip without defeat - a feat set by Ajax between 1994-97.

The Sun quoted Man U boss Alex Ferguson, as saying: "I think we should be proud of it. It's not easy away from home in Europe, we've been to some fantastic places over the years."

United probably need just one point from three games to make it into the knockout stages once again. (ANI)
