Every nation wants to avoid England in draw for 2010 World Cup: Capello

By Super Admin

London, Oct.18 (ANI): Coach Fabio Capello believes every nation wants to avoid England in December's draw for the World Cup finals.

Under Capello' England have so far chalked up nine wins out of 10 and scored 34 goals, six more than all-conquering Spain.

"I think that other teams will want to avoid England in the draw. In the finals we need to be a group. We need to know what to do on the pitch and the style we have to play. And we need the best players fit. The most important thing is to be lucky. If you are not lucky you have a problem," The Sunday Express quoted Capello, as saying.

Capello, who will travel to Cape Town for the December 4 draw, stressed: "We have to learn from past World Cups. I saw what happened to England in the last one. I have my style to drive the team. It will be the same as when I was a club manager." (ANI)
