Washington, Oct 10: The Afghan envoy to the US said ISI, Pakistan's intelligence agency masterminded the attack on the Indian embassy in Kabul which, killed 17 people and wounded more than 60.
"Yes, we do," said T Jawad, the Afghan Ambassador to the US in an interview to a television channel.
"We are pointing the finger at the Pakistan intelligence agency, based on the evidence on the ground and similar attack taking place in Afghanistan."
However, Hamid Karzai pointed at foreign players for the attack.
But for the first time a top Afghan official blamed ISI for the terror strike.
