XBox signed by Palin on eBay for 700k pounds
London, October 07 (ANI): An XBox 360 videogame console signed by Sarah Palin has been put up for sale on online auction site eBay at massive 1.1 million dollars.
David Morrill, who is selling the gadget, claims that the politician had signed it two days before she announced that she was stepping down as governor of Alaska.
"You can own this 60GB, perfect-condition, one-of-a-kind item before (Palin's) expected run for president of the United States of America in 2012," the Telegraph quoted him as saying.
However, the item was "de-listed" by eBay on thrice before it was allowed to offer for sale.
At first there were no pictures of it, but when Morrill did upload two pics of Palin signing the videogame, it was again de-listed, as the asking price was too high to process.
On third occasion it was de-listed on the grounds that the primary purpose of the sale was to express the seller's views.
Morrill managed it by removing the story of how he got the console autographed and listed it as a "collectible" item. (ANI)
