After the air hostess filed a formal complaint with the NCW on Monday, Oct 5, the women's commission has set up a panel to probe the allegation.
"She came here and sat with me for six hours. She has filed a complaint with me. We have written to Air India to enquire into the matter and also informed them about the Supreme Court guidelines on sexual harassment at the workplace," NCW chairperson Girija Vyas was quoted as saying in a news agency report.
The air hostess on Sunday, Oct 4 filed a complaint with the Delhi police alleging that she was molested by Commander Ranbeer Arora and Capt Aditya Chopra. Medical reports have confirmed that she was assaulted.
