MphasiS is now MphasiS, an HP company
Bangalore, Sep 26: Indicating the company's committement to majority stakeholder and largest customer HP, MphasiS has changed its its branding identity to MphasiS, an HP Company.
Making this announcement on Thursday, Sep 24, the company termed it a natural evolution reflecting the company's relationship with HP.
However, MphasiS will continue to function as an independent subsidiary of HP with its own board of directors.
