Ford India unveils small car 'Figo'
New Delhi, Sep 23: Ford India unveiled its small car 'Ford Figo' in New Delhi on Wednesday, Sep 23.
Ford Figo will be manufactured in Chennai and will also be exported to Asia Pacific and African regions.
''Our new exciting new Ford Figo shows how serious we are about India. We are confident that the new car will be a product that Indian consumers really want and value,'' said Ford Motor Company president and CEO Alan Mulally.
The car's volume production will begin in 2010, he added.
