London, Sep 20 (ANI): Ashes hero Andrew Flintoff will give a rousing speech to British troops serving in Afghanistan in order to boost their morale.
The cricket ace also plans to bowl over some of the soldiers, The Daily Star reports.
Patriotic Flintoff, 31, who has the crown and three lions tattooed on his arm, said: "I've served my country in a small way by playing cricket but those lads and women are representing us at the highest level. They're fantastic."
Freddie will jet out from Dubai, where he is enjoying a break with wife Rachael, daughter Holly, five, and sons Corey, three, and one-year-old Rocky.
A pal told us: "Freddie is fiercely proud of his country and has the utmost respect and admiration for the soldiers.
"And he'll get a magnificent reception - everyone loves Freddie." (ANI)
