The game which enables the players to play against anyone from across the world is currently accessible by invitation only and will be available to the public on Oct 1.
HawZat takes real cricket action and blends it with user functionality which making it very compatible and customisable based on the requirements of the computer and the player.
Speaking on the game, Zaki Mahomed, Chief Executive Officer, Game Ventures Pte Ltd said, "We wanted to make an online multiplayer cricket game with high production value, without losing fun or community elements."
Noting that the sports game fans are an underserved market online, Game Ventures is also planning on expanding the game to the Facebook and Open Social platforms by Oct 2009.
The company is also working on updated version of the games which will have virtual goods such as better gear for their teams, realistic stadiums from around the world and coaching to make their players better over time.
