Kidnapped Patna student yet not found after 24 hrs
Patna, Sep 15: The Class I student from Patna, who was kidnapped on his way to school on Monday, Sep 14, is yet to be rescued.
A police officer said that there was no breakthrough in the search though the police raided several places in and around Patna.
Neelmani, additional director of police, said that a special team under Patna Senior Superintendent of Police Vineet Vinayak would be allotted for the purpose.
Manu Maharaj, the Patna Superintendent of Police would assist the team.
Six-year-old Shresth Sanjay, the son of Sanjay Kumar Srivastav, a zonal manager in a pharmaceutical company, studies in Christ Church School.
Ravi Kumar, the driver of the auto rickshaw in which, Shresth was travelling reported that armed men stopped his vehicle and kidnapped the boy.
Shresth's family had not received any ransom call.
However, police believed that he was kidnapped for the same.
