Amritsar, Sep 12: At around 10 pm on Friday, Sep 11 night as many as three rockets were fired from Pakistan. The rockets landed and exploded in fields of Modhe and Khacha villages on the Indo-Pak border.

No causalities were reported from these strikes and reports say that Indian Border Security Force (BSF) retaliated to these strikes from across the Indo-Pak border.

The BSF jawans reportedly opened fire towards the other side from Pull Kanjri with machine guns.

This is the second time Pakistan has violated the ceasefire at the Indo-Pak border. This attack comes on the same day India deployed its first batch of women troops along the Punjab border.
