3 H1N1 deaths in M'rashtra, India's toll at 138
Mumbai, Sep 9: Maharashtra reported three more Swine flu deaths on Tuesday, Sep 8, taking the country's death toll to 138. The state's H1N1 death toll now stands at 65.
Health Officials on Wednesday, Sep 9 informed that 245 fresh cases were reported in the country, taking the number of people affected with the flu to 5,221.
"Till date, samples from 26,037 people have been tested for influenza A (H1N1) in various government and private laboratories across the country, and 5,221 of them have been found positive," reads an official statement.
