Hyderabad, Sep 3: The dead bodies of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and four other persons killed in chopper crash were found in Rudrakonda Hill, 40 nautical miles east on Wednesday, Sep 3.
YSR was accompanied by his Special Secretary P Subramanyam, Chief Security Officer A S C Wesley, pilot Group Captain S K Bhatia and co-pilot M S Reddy were on board in the chopper, which lost radio contact after an hour of its departure from Hyderabad on Wednesday, Sep 2.
Interestingly his most of co-passengers had connections with Cudappah where YSR had begun his medical career.
Subrahmanyam, an Indian Administrative Service officer was the collector of Cuddapah from 1992 to 1993 and from 1994 to 1995.
John Wesley was earlier the district supply officer for Cuddapah in 2004.
Following YSR's demise the scheduled Union Cabinet meeting was canceled.
