AP: Rosaiah declared caretaker CM
Hyderabad, Sep 3: After Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, YS Rajashekhara Reddy's death, the current state finance minister, K Rosaiah has been declared as caretaker chief minister, say reports.
K Rosaiah is the senior most cabinet member. He assumed charge of the portfolio of Finance, Planning and Legislative Affairs in May 2009.

The news of the Chief Minister's death hit the media on thursday, Sep 3 morning. YSR's body along with that of his four co-passengers were found near the crash site.
YSR was declared missing on Wednesday, Sep 2 after his chopper made an emergency landing near Kurnool and was untraceable ever since.
