Colombo, Sep 2: Media reports revealed that Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani assured Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa that information would be provided regarding the Tuesday, Mar 3, Lahore terror attack on the island nation's cricketers, which had left six players injured.
Pakistan government assured that reports on the attack would be handed over to Sri Lankan government as soon the investigation is completed.
The issue was discussed in Tripoli, on Tuesday, Sep 3, when Rajapaksha, while attending the 40th anniversary celebrations of the Al-Fateh Revolution met Premier Gilani.
Pakistan's Interior Minister Rehman Malik and the investigating officials would soon visit Sri Lanka in this regard.
