Maoists kill four in Jharkhand
Ranchi, Aug 28: Four people were shot dead by suspected Maoists. The incident happened at naxal-infested Bundu area on Thursday, Aug 27 night.
"Two college students, a girl and a house wife were shot dead late last night. Empty cartridges found near the bodies point to Maoists work," police superintendent Anup T Mathew was quoted as saying in a news agency report.
He added that the bodies have been taken by the police and investigation into the incident has started.
This comes after the naxals set four trucks on fire on the Ranchi-Tata high way at Dami Village near Bundu on Monday, Aug 24.
