Albuquerque (New Mexico), Aug 14 (ANI): An Albuquerque man has been convicted of indecent exposure after he allegedly had sex with a car in public.

According to the police, children saw Danny Brawner simulating a sex act with his vehicle in a grocery store parking lot, KRQE News 13 reports.

The incident occurred on July 28 in the parking lot of the Smith's Food and Drug store on 101 Coors Blvd. NW, according to a news release from Bernalillo County District Attorney Kari Brandenburg's office.

Eyewitnesses told cops that Brawner was "humping" his car's trunk while swinging his arms in the air and shouting, also his pants were around his ankles.

An officer said he found the man intoxicated and asleep next to his car so woke him up and arrested him.

Brawner is facing the aggravated indecent exposure charges that amounts to fourth-degree felonies because two children saw the alleged sex act.

He could be sentenced to serve up to four years in prison and attend mandatory counseling.

Danny may also be registered as a sex offender under New Mexico law. (ANI)
