Police files chargesheet against Shiney Ahuja

Mumbai, Aug 13: After months of high drama in the rape case involving the Bollywood Actor, Shiney Ahuja, the city police has finally filed a chargesheet.

The actor's 109 page chargesheet frames Shiney under the charges of rape, wrongful confinement and threatening his domestic servant.

The chargesheet consists of medical and forensic reports of the actor and the victim, statements of the witnesses, including the neighbours and many others who helped the victim through the case, say media reports.

The actor who was arrested on Jun 15 is detained in the Arthur Road jail. His judicial custody ends on Thursday, Aug 13 and is expected to be produced before a metropolitan magistrate.

The actor allegedly raped his domestic maid on Jun 14. After arresting him, the police were able to gather evidence against the actor including medical and DNa reports that has built a strong case against the Bollywood star.
