Islamabad, Aug.10 (ANI): Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari will undertake his fourth four-day official visit of China from August 21.

Official and diplomatic sources said the visit is a part of Zardari's efforts to boost economic cooperation between Islamabad and Beijing.

Cooperation in agriculture, energy, transport, investment and hydropower projects would be on the agenda during the visit. Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi would also accompany the president, the Daily Times reports.

It is expected that Zardari would urge Chinese entrepreneurs to invest in Pakistan and would inform them of the country's potential in the agricultural and various other sectors.

Zardari has undertaken three previous visits to China-one in October last year, which was his first foreign visit after being elected president, and second in February this year.

He made his third trip to China from April 17 to 19 to attend the Baoa Forum, and also met various Chinese leaders and members of the business community. The focus of these visits have been issues of mutual concern and interest, besides enhancing cooperation in the fields of agriculture, hydropower and in the financial sector. (ANI)
