H1N1 death: Family files FIR against hospitals
Pune, Aug 6: The family members of 14-year-old Rida Shaikh, who died of the H1N1 Influenza A virus in Pune on Monday, Aug 3 have filed an FIR against Jehangir Hospital and Ruby Hall Clinic on Thursday, Aug 6.
The compliant has been filed by Rida's aunt, Ayesha Shaikh. Earlier on Tuesday, Aug 4, the family said that they would sue the hospital for negligence and give all the money to charity.

three
girls
student

St
Anne's
school
(where
Rida
Shaikh
studied)
have
tested
positive
for
the
Swine
flu
virus
even
as
names
of
two
other
schools
were
added
to
the
list
of
affected
educational
establishments.
Dr Ravindra katti, state health department official said, "Two more schools -St Helena and Loyala have reported one each positive case of the virus."
A total of 118 people have tested positive for the H1N1 virus. More than a thousand people rushed into Pune's government-run Naidu hospital on Wednesday, Aug 5 after the India witnessed first death from Swine flu was reported from the city.
