Mum of 13 kids taken into care should be sterilised, says her sister

London, July 31 (ANI): The sister of Theresa Winters, who has vowed to keep on having kids until she's allowed to keep one of her 13 children taken into care, has called for her to be sterilised.

Louise Walls, 37, a mum-of-three, said that she was ashamed of Winters, and accused her of having more kids out of "pure spite".

"She should be sterilised. She's going to end up with 20 kids taken into care. It has to be stopped. I'm ashamed to be her sister," the Mirror quoted her as saying.

"She's not worried about the babies - she's told me that. She said that every time they take one she will just have another and they can pay for it.

"I asked 'Doesn't it make you feel sick?' She said 'No, it doesn't bother me'. She's used to them taking her children so it doesn't affect her. She is sick," she added.

Winters, who lives on benefits in a one-bed council flat in Luton, Beds - accuses social services of failing to help her have a family with second partner Toney Housden, 36. (ANI)
