London, July 29 (ANI): Manchester United boss Alex Ferguson has dismissed suggestions of Real Madrid posing a threat to his Euro ambitions.
When asked what he thought of the Spanish side, Fergie retorted: "I don't know how their manager Manuel Pellegrini plans to pick his side because it has no balance. I told Ronaldo before he left that he will end up playing centre-half because I don't think they have one!"
Real have bagged Kaka for 56 million pounds, Karim Benzema for 42 million pounds and Ronaldo for 80 million pounds this summer, reports The Sun.
But Fergie said: "I don't envy Pellegrini picking his team."
Fergie was, however, not so dismissive of Barcelona.
He said: "They are different. They have a fantastic midfield and they will once again be a threat to everyone who is playing in the Champions League."
