Hafiz Saeed won't be arrested: Rehman Malik
Islamabad, Jul 28: Interior Minister of Pakistan on Tuesday, Jul 28 said that 26/11 mastermind and Jammat-ud-Dawah (JuD) supremo Hafiz Saeed will not be arrested.
Speaking to Pakistan's Geo TV, Interior Minister, Rehman Malik contented that Saeed's link to the Mumbai terror attack has not been proven yet. Instead, he blamed India saying New Delhi must furnish details of Indian citizens allegedly involved in the Mumbai attacks.

said,
"If
New
Delhi
wanted
some
credible
action,
they
need
to
provide
substantiated
evidence," the
minister
said,
adding
Saeed
could
not
be
arrested
on
the
basis
of
mere
statements.
The statements came just days after India and Pakistan endorsed a joint statement in which New Delhi agreed to de-link Composite Dialogue from Islamabad"s action against terror, on the pretext that Pakistan was beginning to get serious with the Mumbai terror attack trial.
