Youth spying for Pakistan held in Punjab
Ferozpur (Punjab), July 24 (ANI): An Indian national suspected of spying for Pakistan was arrested in Ferozepur district in Punjab.
"Daljeet Singh, a local youth, used to visit Pakistan frequently on religious tours where he came in contact with Pakistani ISI agents Saeed and Rana," said Harminder Singh, an Inspector with the Punjab police' special cell.
"Maps of army movement and other information besides a laptop have been recovered which he used for scanning and sending emails to Pakistan. They work under a group called the 'Mardana' society," Singh added.
India has been accusing Pakistan's ISI of aiding militants in Kashmir and fomenting unrest and terror across the country. (ANI)
