London, July 15 (ANI): Brit Asian boxing star Amir Khan has been given the all clear by cops in connection with a car smash that put a cyclist in hospital.
According to The Sun, cops quizzed the 22-year-old Olympic silver medallist after the accident involving his 60, 000 pound Range Rover.
But a spokesman said: "He was not at fault. No further action will be taken."
The cyclist, also 22, suffered a head injury in Bolton, Lancs.
A spokesman for Khan - who fights Andreas Kotelnik for the WBA world-welterweight title in Manchester on Saturday - said: "It was a minor bump.
The cyclist is OK. There was no way Amir could avoid him." (ANI)
