1984 riots case: Key witness dies in Delhi
New Delhi, Jul 14: Surinder Singh, the key witness of the anti-Sikh riots in 1984 died of heart attack on Monday, Jul 13 at AIIMS in New Delhi
Surinder Singh was ill ever since he came back from US in Jan this year to attend the hearing in the riot case.
Singh along with another witness Jasbir Singh had testified against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler, claiming to have seen Tytler lead a mob during the 1984 riots in Punjab.
