Michael Jackson to be buried in gold coffin

London, Jul 3: Pop King Michael Jackson is to buried in a $25,000 gold plated coffin , just like soul legend James Brown.

The coffin is named as Promethean has a blue velvet interior and a hand polished, mirror finish, reports.

Incidentally, Michael Jackson have seen the design in 2006 when he paid tribute to singer James Brown, whose body was on display in the coffin at the Apollo Theatre in New York.

Reports indicates that Michael Jackson's funeral will be held on Jul 7 at the Staples Centre.

And it is believed that Jacko will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, and not at his beloved Neverland Ranch, as was previously speculated.

The public memorial service for Michael Jackson will be held next Tuesday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. It can accommodate about 20000 people, but many more are expected to come.
