Talking to reporters, Assistant Police Commissioner Dilip Suryawanshi said, "The blood and urine samples have shown that the actor was neither under the influence of alcohol nor drugs. He was in his complete sense when he allegedly raped the maid."
The blood and urine samples of the actor were sent to the Kalina Forensic Science Laboratory for tests.
Earlier, medical reports of the actor had not shown any significant injury on his body apart of an abrasion on his right hand
Ahuja, who is in judicial custody till July 2, was arrested on June 15, after preliminary medical tests on the girl confirmed sexual assault.
A forensic team visited the actor's house in suburban Oshiwara, where the alleged offence was committed, to try and obtain more evidence from the spot. The house was sealed by the police later.
